About the Founder

MTPERSONAL was founded from a simple belief: recruitment can be done differently.

I didn't start this company simply to fill vacancies. I started it because I wanted to build something based on
professionalism, precision, honesty and genuine human relationships.

Entering the industrial and technical sector as a woman was not the easiest path. It demanded determination, continuous learning and the willingness to step outside my comfort zone every single day. Like every entrepreneur, I faced criticism, doubts and many obstacles. Some people underestimated me because of my age, others because I was a woman
building a business in a traditionally male industry.
Those challenges never became reasons to stop.

They became reasons to work harder.

Every project, every client and every difficult situation taught me something new and helped me become stronger, more knowledgeable and more determined.

Before founding MTPERSONAL, I worked in business management and leadership positions, where I learned how
important communication, responsibility and trust are in building long-term partnerships. Those experiences shaped the values on which I continue to build this company today.

I am building MTPERSONAL from the ground up with the ambition to redefine what a workforce agency can be.

For me, recruitment is not only about finding people for available positions. It is about helping people build meaningful careers. I want to support professionals in developing their skills, obtaining new certifications, expanding their knowledge and creating opportunities that allow them to stand out in today's competitive labour market.

That is why I am gradually developing educational and career programmes for both women and men — supporting young professionals, experienced specialists, people returning after career breaks and anyone who wants to continue growing professionally. I believe that every successful company is built by exceptional people.

My mission is to connect those people with opportunities where they can grow, contribute and build long-term professional relationships based on trust and respect.
