3. Recruitment and Employment Disclaimer

MTPERSONAL s.r.o. acts in certain cases as:

  • a recruitment intermediary,

  • staffing provider,

  • subcontracting partner,

  • or business intermediary between candidates and foreign companies.

Employment, project cooperation, subcontracting, or contract-based work may therefore be established:

  • directly between the candidate and a foreign employer,

  • through contracts for services or work agreements,

  • through subcontracting agreements,

  • or through separate agreements between MTPERSONAL s.r.o. and international business partners.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • employment placement,

  • project availability,

  • salary conditions,

  • project duration,

  • accommodation conditions,

  • transportation conditions,

  • visa approvals,

  • or continued cooperation.

Final employment conditions, project requirements, salary conditions, schedules, rotations, and contractual obligations may be determined by the foreign client, contractor, employer, or project operator.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for:

  • providing truthful and accurate information,

  • submitting valid certifications and qualifications,

  • ensuring that uploaded documents are authentic and up to date,

  • complying with legal employment requirements,

  • maintaining valid work permits where required,

  • and complying with project and safety regulations.

MTPERSONAL s.r.o. reserves the right to reject or remove candidates from recruitment processes if false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information is identified.

5. Employer and Business Partner Responsibilities

Companies and business partners submitting staffing requests agree to:

  • provide accurate project information,

  • specify workforce requirements clearly,

  • comply with applicable labor and employment regulations,

  • maintain safe working conditions,

  • and provide lawful cooperation conditions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse cooperation with any business partner that violates applicable laws, ethical standards, or contractual obligations.

6. Uploaded Documents and User Content

By uploading documents through the website, the user confirms that:

  • the uploaded content belongs to them or they have the legal right to use it,

  • the documents are accurate and authentic,

  • the uploaded files do not contain malicious software,

  • work permit or visa issues,

  • actions of third parties,

  • interruptions of website availability,

  • technical issues beyond reasonable control,

  • or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by users.

All cooperation and recruitment processes are subject to individual agreements and project requirements.

8. International Cooperation

The Company may cooperate with international clients, contractors, industrial facilities, refineries, manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical companies,
construction companies, technical service providers, and staffing partners within the European Union and abroad.

Certain projects may involve international contractual relationships, subcontracting structures, or project-based cooperation models.

Users acknowledge that legal, contractual, salary, taxation, accommodation, and employment conditions may differ depending on the country, client, or project.

9. Intellectual Property

MTPERSONAL s.r.o. shall not be held responsible for safety violations, misconduct, negligence, or unauthorized actions committed by third parties or workers during project execution.

14. Certifications and Qualification Responsibility

Candidates are responsible for maintaining valid certifications, licenses, medical examinations, qualifications,
and legally required documentation necessary for participation in specific projects or job positions.

The Company reserves the right to verify submitted qualifications and reject invalid, expired, misleading, or fraudulent documentation.

15. Project Availability and Duration

Project availability, schedules, rotations, project duration, and workforce requirements may change depending on operational, technical,
financial, organizational, or commercial circumstances determined by the client, employer, contractor, or project operator.

MTPERSONAL s.r.o. does not guarantee continuous project availability or uninterrupted cooperation.

16. Language Requirements and Client Approval

Certain international projects may require specific language skills, technical assessments, certifications, security clearances, medical approvals, or direct client approval prior to project acceptance.

Meeting minimum qualifications does not automatically guarantee project placement or approval by the client.

17. Self-Employed and Subcontracting Cooperation

Certain projects may operate on a self-employed, subcontracting, invoicing, freelance, or business-to-business (B2B) cooperation model depending on project requirements, local legislation, and client conditions.

Candidates and partners are responsible for complying with applicable tax, invoicing, legal, and business obligations related to their cooperation model.

18. Visas, Work Permits, and Immigration

MTPERSONAL s.r.o. does not guarantee visa approvals, work permits, immigration approvals, governmental authorizations, residency permits, or related administrative approvals issued by foreign authorities or institutions.

Responsibility for obtaining legally required travel, immigration, and work documentation remains with the candidate or cooperating party.
