In certain cases, MTPERSONAL s.r.o. acts as:

  • a recruitment intermediary,

  • a subcontracting partner,

  • or a business intermediary between candidates, contractors, and foreign companies.

Employment or project-based cooperation may therefore be established:

  • directly between the candidate and a foreign company,

  • through a contract for work or services,

  • through subcontracting agreements,

  • or through separate cooperation agreements between MTPERSONAL s.r.o. and international business partners.

The Operator may cooperate with international companies, industrial contractors, project operators,
refineries, technical partners, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing facilities, and staffing partners within the European Union and abroad.
